WHAT WE DO

Through tax-exempt financing, we enable Washington's nonprofit, independent colleges and universities to build, improve, and equip higher education facilities in a manner that will minimize capital costs.

WHEFA provides assistance to its member schools to finance the construction and renovation of their residence halls, theaters, science laboratories, sports arenas, libraries and more.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

"Our junior and senior students will build enduring friendships and a stronger sense of community, bring their energy and sense of place to the downtown corridor, and make housing units available for other members of the Walla Walla community. It's a win-win situation."

Vice President for Finance and Administration, Whitman College

Jeff Hamrick
